We will expect full engagement for the time we spend together and we will ask for follow-through. You may accept, reject or negotiate any request…but we will ask for your total commitment. We will not "step over" much. If we sense that discussions are "stuck," we will initiate activities to motivate alternate movement. Often, in these moments, there is opportunity to overcome current paradigm limitations. We will not confront. We will invite you to look far into the future to "reverse engineer" the most ideal and successful outcomes.

All information exchanged during coaching, planning or facilitated sessions is private. All engagements must be built on a foundation of trust, honesty and openness. Information revealed about clients, their business or special situations is held in strictest confidence. This confidentiality statement is subject to state and federal law. Violation of the law cannot be protected herein. As Coaching and Facilitation, by law, is not considered "privileged," our records can be subpoenaed.
